Booking Policy

For your comfort and safety, please notify us if you have any allergies, physical difficulties, disabilities or if you are pregnant. 

Treatments are not offered to those aged under 16.

No children or pets are allowed in the salon due to health and safety reasons.

Aesthetic treatments cannot be carried on pregnant or breast feeding women.

We accept most major card payments (including AMEX), cash & bank transfer.

A 48 hour notice period is required for any cancellations and rescheduling. All deposits are non-refundable however, they can be transferred if the cancellation or rescheduling is made 48 hours before the appointment. The deposit cannot be transferred for any cancellations or reschedules made after this time.

If you wish to reschedule, please contact us with a time that is more suitable for you and we will try our best to accommodate.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. We may not be able to accommodate you if you are later than 15 minutes.

There is a zero tolerance policy for any rudeness or harassment shown towards our staff. 

Our staff have the right to refuse a service to anyone behaving inappropriately or if the policies are not adhered to.
